Linda's May 2 7th 7th A 2nd in heat race gives Brett a good starting spot in the feature
Lake Mok a Tek May 3 7th 2nd After a 2nd place in heat race and a strong run to the checkers, Brett is few laps shy of a win

Shippensburg May 10 4th 15th After winning his heat, Brett leads 19 laps of the feature before getting spun out by the driver running 2nd and doesn't get his spot back

Linda's May 23 - - No racing this week-TOO WET AGAIN!!!
Linda's May 30 10th 10th Brett won his heat and was up to 7th and got shuffled back to about 18th. He drove the wheels off his sprinter and came back for a 10th place finish. (No rain tonight!)
Linda's June 6 6th 8th Runner-up finish in heat race gets Brett another good finish
Linda's June 13 6th 3rd Brett has a great run after finishing 4th in his heat race
Linda's June 20 - - Well at least we got some racing in the books - Rain Out
Linda's June 27 20th 9th After gambling on setup, Brett failed to qualify through the heat race. After some quick thinking by the crew, Brett finished 2nd in the consi race. Unfortunately this forced Brett to start deep in the field, but he still managed to race up to 9th by the checkered flag.
Lake Mok a Tek June 28 15th 13th Brett finished 3rd in the heat, but due to their handicapping system started 15th in the feature was up to 7th and going for 5th when Brett got caught up in a 3 car tangle. Went to the rear got to 11th and you guessed it - got tangled again and with only 3 laps remaining.
Linda's July 4 6th 1st 8th to second in the heat race gives Brett good position to start feature
Limerock (NY) July 5   13th Brett finishes 3rd in heat but rides out a violent crash in the feature that destroyed his primary car. Brett also sustained injury to his wrist, but did not break it.
Linda's July 11 11th 9th Brett gets a temporary cast for the injury and shows his determination by finishing 3rd in the heat and scoring a top 10 in the feature.

Lake Mok a Tek July 19 14th WIN After an exciting 3rd place finish in the heat, Brett runs a line around the speedway where no one can follow. Post race inspection found Brett's motor to be LEGAL!
Linda's July 25 23rd 10th After burning a hole in the piston in the heat race, Brett was forced to run the consi. Brett managed a 5th in the consi which started him deep in the field. Brett still battled all race and found himself in 10th at the checkers.
Gamblers July 26 6th 2nd Another 3rd in the heat started Brett upfront. Battled for the lead over the later half of the race and attempted a pass with 2 laps to go but couldn't make it stick.

Trailway August 2 21st 9th Trouble in the heat put Brett in the consi. However Brett took the checkers and qualified for the show. He then passed his way through heavy traffic to a Top 10.
Linda's August 8 9th 6th Brett finishes 2nd in the heat race and starts well in the feature and improves 3 positions.
Gambler's August 9 - - Rain began falling as heat races were wrapping up.
Linda's August 15   17th Brett got caught up in a someone else's spin and punctured a right rear tire.

Motor troubles in the heat race, but got in feature as alternate. Brett was forced into front stretch wall on start bent right front shock - game over.

Brett finishes 4th in the heat race and qualifies mid field for the feature.

Saturday night Brett stopped the watch 14th in time trials and went on to win his heat race. Then he finished 8th in the dash which set his starting position for the big show. After baking in the sun and having many laps on the track was dry and starting to break up. Brett hung on and managed to keep the car straight after getting spun into the infield grass. Then dodged the holes that developed in turn 3. All in all an excellent weekend.

Whip City Nationals - Brett and the crew made the long haul to Massachusetts to compete. 48 other cars showed up for the speed contest and Brett time trialed 15th fastest. This speed helped him finish 4th in his heat. After the qualifiers were run, Brett lined up 20th in the field. A good setup and skillful driving helped Brett to a top 10 finish.

A 3rd place finish in the heat put Brett on the outside pole. The car was a little tight through the run and forced Brett to drive defensively.

PA Northeast Nationals - Brett raced well in his heat and finished 3rd. After a few adjustments Brett took the field by storm and drove to a WIN from his 8th place starting spot.

First night in the 600! Brett stormed the field in the heat race and finished 1st, but a poor tire choice caused Brett to slide around during the feature.

Time trials 42nd fast. Motor to rich. Brett forced to race his way into the big show.

Brett had to race the consi to transfer. He started 4th and finished 3rd and transferred into the B-Main. Brett was awarded pole position and kept it throughout the run. This gave Brett a spot in the BIG show. The Brett would impress all in attendance by passing 22 cars on his way to a runner-up spot. Just an awesome run. For passing the most cars, Brett also bagged the Hard Charger Award.
